HiveCity

Negotiating Climate-Resilient Futures

HiveCity is a participatory co-design game that brings different stakeholders together to explore climate-resilient urban futures.

Through role-play, thematic challenges, and negotiation, participants navigate competing priorities, build alliances, and collaboratively propose interventions for more sustainable cities.
